Back to School Aftersales Offer - Terms & Conditions+
The Back to School Aftersales Offer is available from 1 August to 30 September 2026 inclusive at participating BYD Harmony Auto workshops: BYD Lakeside, BYD Bristol South, BYD Bristol North and BYD Warwick. All appointments and qualifying additional repair work must be completed by 30 September 2026.
The offer is available to retail customers with an eligible BYD vehicle that is between one and three years old at the time of the appointment.
The promotional package is priced at £99, including VAT, and includes: (i) an air-conditioning system check, including an inspection of the refrigerant gas level and a check to confirm that the system is functioning correctly; and (ii) a complimentary Vehicle Health Check to assess the vehicle’s general safety, roadworthiness and operation.
The £99 package includes air-conditioning re-gassing and R1234yf refrigerant. Any additional work will be quoted separately and will only be carried out with the customer’s prior approval.
If additional work is recommended following the air-conditioning system check or Vehicle Health Check, the customer will receive a 10% discount on eligible work, provided that: (i) the work is identified during an appointment completed under this offer; (ii) the quotation is accepted by the customer; and (iii) the work is completed at the same participating BYD Harmony Auto workshop by 30 September 2026.
The 10% discount applies to the total price of eligible additional work, including both parts and labour. It cannot be applied retrospectively, exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, service plan, warranty claim or manufacturer-funded repair.
Each customer who purchases and completes the £99 promotional package will receive one complimentary UEFA EURO 2024 drawstring bag containing selected BYD merchandise. Gifts are subject to availability and may vary between locations. No cash alternative is available.
Advance booking is required, and appointments are subject to workshop availability. Customers should quote “Back to School Offer” when making their booking.
The offer is limited to one promotional package and one complimentary gift per eligible vehicle. The offer is non-transferable and has no cash alternative.
Harmony Auto reserves the right to withdraw or amend the offer where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary. Any changes will not affect customers with an existing confirmed booking, provided they continue to meet the eligibility requirements.
